I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. The communication with the office and the team in the field was outstanding! They were also prompt and courteous. I was impressed with the quality of work as well. We had a leaky filter case and pipes coming off my pressure tank were rusting. Here are before and after photos. We had a great experience working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out right away, and worked to identify the problem with the water heater in our commercial/office space. The Technician was fantastic, talked us through the problem, and even called to see if our current water heater was still under warranty before ordering us a new one and taking care of everything. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Wednesday to have an inspection plumbing repair done and they had the job done before lunchtime the next day! John was very professional, asked questions to clarify and confirmed what time the repair would be completed. Extremely efficient! This is the only plumber call you need to make! Zach was very helpful fixing a leak in our water heater and identifying our water pressure was too high. The scheduling experience was super easy and quick - they reached out within minutes of me submitting an inquiry and scheduled Zach to come out the next morning.

John was very professional and courteous, from the initial phone call indicating expected arrival time until completion of the jobs. I had replacement faucets done for 2 bathrooms. He explained how the pricing worked and identified how the plans worked - - indicating options. I wanted faucets different from what John had on his truck. Lowes was out of stock for the item I wanted. John worked diligently to find a like product! I really like what he found. John also picked up on a problem I was having in one of the bathrooms and was able to repair that as well. This was definitely a 5 star experience!

John and Zack did a great job repairing a hole in my gas line. In less than 24 hours I was back up and running. These guys were very profesional, knowledgeable, quick, and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I submitted a request to fix my shower issue. They called immediately and showed up less than an hour later. Zach was great and explained what was wrong and fixed my issue. He was very pleasant to speak with as well. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

It was 9pm when we developed a severe leak at our pressure tank that left us without water, I posted an online description of our issue to Benjamin Franklin expecting that we might hear from them the next day (you never know if these online forms are being monitored?) and surprisingly had a call within minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. They arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended and we won't hesitate to call them again!
